Sitanext Tablet is a combination antidiabetic medication containing:

• Sitagliptin 50 mg – a DPP-4 inhibitor that enhances insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon, helping to lower blood glucose.

• Metformin 1000 mg – a biguanide that reduces hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

This combination is used for better glycemic control in type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly when monotherapy is insufficient.
