EZOMOL 40MG CAP 14S

Ezomol 40 mg contains Esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI).

It is used for the treatment of acid reflux (GERD), erosive esophagitis, and peptic ulcers.

Helps reduce stomach acid production, relieving heartburn and promoting healing of the digestive tract.

Also prescribed for prevention of ulcers in patients on long-term NSAID therapy.

Usually taken once daily before meals; in severe cases, twice daily dosing may be required.

Possible side effects include headache, abdominal discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or dizziness.

Long-term use should be monitored for risks such as low magnesium, vitamin B12 deficiency, and bone weakening.
