CARDURA 4MG Tablet contains Doxazosin, an alpha-1 adrenergic blocker used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH – enlarged prostate). It works by relaxing blood vessels, allowing smoother blood flow and lowering blood pressure, while also relaxing the muscles of the bladder and prostate, improving urine flow in men with BPH. The 4mg strength is often prescribed for patients needing a higher dose for effective blood pressure or urinary symptom control.
