Moxiget 400mg Tablets contain Moxifloxacin, a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, thereby stopping the growth and spread of bacteria. Moxiget is commonly prescribed for respiratory tract infections (pneumonia, bronchitis), skin and soft tissue infections, and intra-abdominal infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
