Nezkil 600mg contains Linezolid, an oxazolidinone class antibiotic. It is used to treat serious bacterial infections caused by Gram-positive organisms, including those resistant to other antibiotics (e.g., MRSA – Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, and VRE – Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus). Indications include pneumonia, complicated and uncomplicated skin and soft tissue infections, and resistant bacterial infections. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.
