Neoprox 500mg contains Naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used for the treatment of pain, swelling, and stiffness associated with arthritis (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), gout, muscle pain, back pain, tendonitis, bursitis, and menstrual cramps. It works by blocking enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) that produce prostaglandins, thereby reducing pain and inflammation.
