Neogab 300 mg contains Gabapentin, an anticonvulsant and neuropathic pain medication. It is used for conditions such as:

Treatment of partial seizures in patients with epilepsy
Relief of nerve pain (neuropathic pain) from causes like diabetic neuropathy or shingles (post-herpetic neuralgia)

Gabapentin works by modulating neuronal excitability. It binds to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing excessive electrical activity and altering the way nerves send pain signals.
