ED3 INJ 200,000

ED-3 200,000 is a high-dose injection of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), usually 200,000 international units.

It is given when there is pronounced vitamin D deficiency, or when oral supplementation is not effective.

Helps increase calcium and phosphate absorption in the intestines, supporting bone health.

Often used in conditions like osteomalacia, rickets, or severe hypovitaminosis D.

It may be given as a single dose or repeated after some months depending on how deficient the patient is.

Possible side effects include hypercalcemia (too much calcium), nausea, vomiting, weakness, or kidney issues if misused.
