SYNIGAN 5ML EYE DROPS

SYNIGAN 5ML EYE DROPS is a combination medication used to treat elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It contains two active ingredients: dorzolamide and timolol. Dorzolamide is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor that reduces the production of fluid in the eye, while timolol is a beta-blocker that also decreases fluid production. The combined action of these two drugs is more effective than either drug alone in lowering eye pressure, which helps to prevent optic nerve damage and vision loss.
