Indications (when people use it):

Composition / How it works:
It contains various herbal ingredients known in Unani medicine. Some of these are: black pepper, ajwain, lemon, cinnamon, emblic myrobalan, etc. These ingredients help soothe the stomach, promote digestion, reduce gas, and balance acid production. Medex+1

Dosage / Use:

• As syrup: adults often take ~2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily; children smaller doses

• As tablet: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily, depending on severity.

• Recommendations include taking before or after meals depending on symptoms (e.g. before meal for acid, after meal for gas) and sometimes with warm water.

Precautions / Side Effects:

• No significant side effects observed when used appropriately.
