Arq-e-Shirin (240 mL, Qarshi) is a natural gripe water syrup formulated for infants and young children to relieve mild digestive discomfort.

• It helps with abdominal cramps, gripes, flatulence, reflux, digestive upset, vomiting, diarrhea, and teething pain.

• Key herbal ingredients include dill, wild mint, rose, and fennel seed. These are known to have carminative (relieve gas), antispasmodic (reduce cramps), digestive, and soothing effects.

• It is designed to be gentle on an infant’s stomach. With age-appropriate dosing, typically 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times a day for children up to 1 year, and 10 ml (2 teaspoons) thrice a day for children aged 1-5 years.
