Name: Arq-e-Gulab by Qarshi (800 mL)

What it is: A single-herb distillate made from rose petals (rose water), refined so it is mild, easily tolerated, and mostly free from harsh additives.

Uses / Benefits:
• As a skin toner and cleanser — helps cleanse the skin, tighten pores (astringent effect), helps remove oil, dirt, and effects of pollution/ sunlight.
• Mood elevating and calming tonic — often described as “mood elevator” in marketing, with mild nervous system toning effects.
• Digestive / mild laxative in infants — helps disturbed stomachs in young children.

Composition: Each ~10 ml contains about 300 mg rose material (rose distillate / extract) + a preservative (sorbic acid) + rose flavour.

How to Use:
• External (skin): Apply a few drops, rub gently on skin for toning & cleansing.
• Internal (oral): Dosage varies depending on age: for adults ~10 ml (2 teaspoons) thrice daily; for children over 1 year ~10 ml twice daily; for infants up to 1 year ~5 ml twice daily.
