Lowplat Plus is a fixed-dose, bi-layered combination tablet containing Clopidogrel (75 mg) and Aspirin (75 mg enteric-coated).

  • Clopidogrel irreversibly inhibits the platelet P2Y₁₂ ADP receptor, reducing platelet activation and aggregation.

  • Aspirin inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1), which leads to reduced formation of thromboxane A₂, a promoter of platelet aggregation.
