DOLGINA 30MG CAP

Dolgina 30 mg contains Duloxetine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI).

Primarily used for neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and chronic musculoskeletal pain.

Also indicated in the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

Works by increasing serotonin and norepinephrine levels in the brain, improving mood and reducing pain signals.

Taken orally, usually once or twice daily, with or without food.

Common side effects include nausea, dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, or constipation.

Should be used cautiously in patients with liver disease, kidney impairment, or uncontrolled hypertension.
