Generic name: Levetiracetam 250 mg — marketed under the trade name Devenda by Genetics Pharmaceuticals.

Used for treatment of various types of seizures in epilepsy, including partial-onset seizures (with or without secondary generalization), myoclonic seizures, and also generalized tonic-clonic seizures.

Works by binding to synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A) in the brain, modulating neurotransmitter release, helping reduce the frequency and intensity of seizures.
