  • Contains Clotrimazole 1%, an azole antifungal agent used to treat fungal skin infections.

  • Base is a solution (often in a vehicle like polyethylene glycol or alcohol) that allows the medication to spread easily over the affected skin.

  • Used for conditions like ringworm (tinea corporis), athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris) and other superficial dermatophyte or yeast skin infections.

  • Application: clean and dry the area first; then apply a thin layer of solution twice daily (morning & evening) or as directed by a doctor.

  • Not suitable for nail or scalp fungal infections. Also avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue if irritation or allergy occurs.
