PIOZER G 30/2MG TAB

Piozer G is an oral antidiabetic combination tablet that contains:

• Pioglitazone 30 mg – a thiazolidinedione (TZD) that improves insulin sensitivity by enhancing glucose uptake in muscles and adipose tissue.

• Glimepiride 2 mg – a sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin.

The combination helps in achieving better glycemic control in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Uses:

• Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (especially when single-drug therapy is not sufficient)

• Improves insulin sensitivity and increases insulin secretion

• Helps reduce long-term risk of diabetes-related complications
