1.Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, most items are non-returnable once sold, in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2.Refunds
Refunds will only be processed if:
- The product returned meets our return eligibility conditions.
- The refund request is made within the allowed time frame.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
3.Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used medicines.
Personal care items such as skincare, hygiene products, and medical devices (if opened).
Prescription drugs without a valid prescription.
4.Exchange
If you received the wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
