SOFVASC HCT 10/320/25MG TAB is a triple-combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains three active ingredients: amlodipine (10mg), valsartan (320mg), and hydrochlorothiazide (25mg). Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that prevents blood vessels from narrowing, and hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that removes excess fluid from the body.
