JARDY MET 12.5/1000MG TAB – A combination antidiabetic tablet containing Glimepiride 12.5 mg and Metformin 1000 mg, used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Glimepiride stimulates insulin secretion, while Metformin decreases hepatic glucose production. Take as directed by your healthcare provider. Not recommended in patients with severe kidney or liver impairment, metabolic acidosis, or hypersensitivity to its components.
