EFFIDEX 60ML LOTION

Effidex Lotion contains betamethasone dipropionate 0.05%, a potent topical corticosteroid.

It’s used to treat inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, contact allergy, and seborrhoeic dermatitis.

The lotion works by reducing itching, redness, swelling, and other signs of skin inflammation.

It is applied externally as a thin layer on the affected skin areas, usually 1-2 times daily or as prescribed.

It should be used for short periods, especially in sensitive skin areas, to avoid side effects.

Possible side effects include burning or stinging, skin thinning, dryness, irritation, potential discoloration, and risk of increased hair growth in treated areas.

Avoid contact with eyes, broken or infected skin, and do not use under occlusive dressings unless directed by a healthcare professional.
