Crolimus 0.3% Ointment contains Tacrolimus, a topical immunomodulator (Calcineurin inhibitor). It is mainly prescribed for moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) and certain other chronic inflammatory skin conditions that do not respond well to conventional treatments. By suppressing overactive immune activity in the skin, it helps reduce itching, redness, and inflammation. It is often considered an alternative to long-term steroid use, especially for sensitive skin areas.
