Adrance-M 12.5 mg / 500 mg Tablet is a medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults. Active ingredients:

• • Empagliflozin 12.5 mg – an SGLT-2 inhibitor, which helps reduce blood glucose by causing the kidneys to excrete more glucose into urine.

  • Metformin 500 mg – a biguanide, which lowers glucose production in the liver, improves insulin sensitivity, and helps glucose uptake in muscles.

• Uses / Indications:

  • Used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

  • May help reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in diabetic patients.
